핀허그(이하 "서비스")의 개인정보처리자는 사업자등록을 하지 않은 개인 개발자입니다. 권리 행사와 문의는 [email protected]으로 받습니다. 개인정보 보호책임자도 같은 주소입니다.The controller of PinHug (the "service") is an individual developer without a business registration. Rights requests and questions go to [email protected]. That address is also the privacy contact.

1. 처리하는 개인정보1. Personal information we process

• 소셜 로그인 프로필. 카카오, 네이버, Google, Apple이 넘겨 주는 식별자, 이메일, 프로필 이름. 네이버가 이메일을 주지 않으면 로그인 유지를 위해 {제공자 식별자}@naver.pinhug.invalid 형태의 서비스용 주소를 만듭니다. 그 주소로 메일을 보내지 않습니다.Social sign-in profile. The identifier, email, and profile name from Kakao, Naver, Google, or Apple. If Naver does not provide an email, the service creates {provider id}@naver.pinhug.invalid so the session can continue. Mail is not sent there.
• 프로필. 닉네임, 화면 언어(한국어 또는 영어), 이용약관·개인정보·위치약관·카카오 검색 안내에 동의한 버전과 시각.Profile. Nickname, language (Korean or English), and the version and time of consent to the terms, this policy, the location terms, and the Kakao search notice.
• 방. 이름, 종류(커플, 가족, 친구, 여행), 멤버와 역할, 초대 코드. 초대는 72시간입니다. 무료 참여는 5개 방까지이고, 커플 방은 2명까지입니다.Rooms. Name, type (couple, family, friends, trip), members and roles, and invite codes. Invites last 72 hours. The free plan is 5 rooms, and a couple room holds 2 people.
• 찜. 이용자가 저장한 장소.Favorites. Places you save.
• 리뷰. 1점부터 5점까지 0.5 단위 별점, 20자 이상 본문, 공개 또는 방 안에서만 보이는지, 신고로 숨김 처리되었는지.Reviews. A rating from 1 to 5 in steps of 0.5, a body of at least 20 characters, whether it is public or room-only, and whether a report has hidden it.
• 일정. 방 단위의 제목, 날짜, 시간, 순서 있는 장소(이름, 카카오 장소 번호, 좌표). 걸어서 몇 분인지는 거리로 계산하며 이동 경로로 저장하지 않습니다.Date plans. Per room: title, date, time, and ordered stops (name, Kakao place id, coordinates). Walk time is calculated from distance and is not stored as a route.
• 문의. 본문과, 이용자가 적으면 답장 이메일.Support messages. The text, and a reply email only if you type one.

2. 위치정보2. Location information

탐색 또는 검색을 누를 때만 기기 위도, 경도, 반경이 운영자의 서버(Supabase Edge Function)로 갑니다. 그 요청은 장소 목록을 만들려고 카카오 로컬 API로 전달됩니다. 좌표를 이동 경로로 저장하지 않고, 주기적으로 위치를 따라가지 않습니다.Latitude, longitude, and radius are sent to the operator’s server (a Supabase Edge Function) only when you explore or search. That request is forwarded to the Kakao Local API to build a place list. Coordinates are not stored as a route, and the app does not track location on a timer.

같은 검색을 줄이려고 지오해시와 검색 조건만 약 10분 캐시합니다. 이 캐시에는 이용자 번호와 원본 좌표가 없습니다. 위치 권한은 선택입니다. 거부하면 동네 이름으로 검색합니다. 사진 첨부는 기본으로 꺼져 있습니다.A cache of about 10 minutes keeps only a geohash and the search filters. It has no user id and no original coordinates. Location permission is optional. If you decline, search by neighborhood still works. Photo attachments are off by default.

3. 이용 목적3. Why

• 로그인, 방 공유, 찜, 리뷰, 일정Sign-in, shared rooms, favorites, reviews, and date plans
• 주변 또는 입력한 동네의 장소 검색Search for places nearby or in a neighborhood you type
• 문의 답변, 부정 이용 방지, 신고된 리뷰를 한 건으로 숨김Support replies, abuse limits, and hiding a review after one report
• 관계 법령이 정하는 보관Storage a law requires

광고 식별자, 맞춤 광고, 인앱 결제는 하지 않습니다. ads_enabled와 pro_payments_enabled는 꺼져 있습니다. Google 장소 평점(google_rating_enabled)도 기본으로 꺼져 있습니다. 나중에 켜지면 장소 번호만 저장하고 평점 숫자는 저장하지 않으며, 화면에는 이용자가 눌렀을 때만 가공 없이 보여 줍니다.The service does not collect an advertising id, run ads, or take in-app payments. ads_enabled and pro_payments_enabled are off. Google place ratings (google_rating_enabled) are off by default. If that flag is turned on later, only a place id is stored, the rating number is not stored, and the screen shows the unaltered rating only after a tap.

4. 보유와 삭제4. Retention and deletion

계정 삭제가 끝나면 프로필, 로그인 연결, 동의 기록, 찜, 본인 리뷰, 본인이 만든 초대, 문의, 본인이 방장인 방이 지워집니다. 그 방의 일정은 방과 함께 지워집니다. 다른 사람이 방장인 방은 남고 참여만 빠집니다. 그 방에 본인이 만든 일정은 이름 없이 남을 수 있습니다. 위치 검색 캐시는 짧은 수명 뒤 없어지고, 이용자별로 지우는 위치 이력은 없습니다. 절차는 계정 삭제 안내에 있습니다.When deletion finishes, the profile, sign-in link, consent record, favorites, your reviews, invites you created, support messages, and rooms you own are removed. Date plans in a room you own go with that room. A room someone else owns stays, and only your membership is removed. A plan you created in that room can remain without your name. The location-search cache expires on its short timer. There is no per-user location history to delete. Steps are on the account deletion page.

5. 처리자5. Processors

• Supabase. 데이터베이스, 인증, Edge Function. 리전은 프로젝트 설정에 따릅니다.Supabase. Database, authentication, and Edge Functions. The region follows the project settings.
• 카카오. 로그인 프로필, 그리고 장소 검색의 좌표·반경·검색어·카테고리. 카카오가 매긴 평점은 가져오지 않습니다.Kakao. The sign-in profile, and coordinates, radius, query, and category for place search. Ratings assigned by Kakao are not fetched.
• 네이버. 이용자가 네이버 로그인을 고른 경우의 프로필.Naver. The profile when you choose Naver sign-in.
• Google. 이용자가 Google 로그인을 고른 경우의 프로필. 장소 평점 기능이 켜진 경우에만 Places API로 장소 번호를 찾습니다.Google. The profile when you choose Google sign-in. The Places API is used to look up a place id only if the rating feature is on.
• Apple. iOS에서 Sign in with Apple을 고른 경우의 프로필.Apple. The profile when you choose Sign in with Apple on iOS.

광고 네트워크와 결제 대행사는 연결되어 있지 않습니다. 국외 이전의 법적 근거는 이 초안에서 확정하지 않습니다.No ad network and no payment processor is connected. This draft does not settle the legal basis for transfers outside Korea.

6. 권리6. Your rights

열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지는 [email protected]으로 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱의 MY에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있고, 확인 문구는 삭제입니다. 만 14세 미만은 이용할 수 없습니다.You can ask to access, correct, delete, or stop processing at [email protected]. You can delete the account from MY in the app. The confirmation word is 삭제. People under 14 cannot use the service.

7. 안전성7. Safeguards

접근은 데이터베이스의 행 단위 정책으로 나눕니다. 카카오 REST 키, 네이버 시크릿, 서비스 롤 키는 앱에 넣지 않습니다.Access is split by row-level policies in the database. The Kakao REST key, the Naver secret, and the service-role key are not in the app.
