핀허그는 개인 개발자가 제공하는 장소 공유 앱입니다. 사업자등록 없는 개인 서비스입니다.PinHug is a place-sharing app from an individual developer, without a business registration.

1. 서비스1. The service

지도에서 장소를 찾고, 찜하고, 리뷰를 남기고, 커플·가족·친구·여행 방에 같이 담을 수 있습니다. 방 멤버는 날짜와 시간이 있는 일정을 같이 봅니다. 장소의 영업 정보와 외부 지도의 내용은 카카오, 네이버 등 제공자의 것이며, 핀허그가 그 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다. 외부 평점을 긁어 보여 주지 않습니다.You can find places on a map, save them, review them, and keep them in a couple, family, friends, or trip room. Room members share date plans with a date and time. Hours and the contents of outside maps belong to Kakao, Naver, and other providers. PinHug does not guarantee them. The app does not scrape outside ratings to show them.

2. 계정2. Accounts

카카오, 네이버, Google, 그리고 iOS의 Apple로 로그인합니다. 이용약관, 개인정보처리방침, 위치기반서비스 이용약관, 카카오 검색 안내에 동의하기 전에는 로그인할 수 없습니다. 만 14세 미만은 이용할 수 없습니다.You sign in with Kakao, Naver, Google, and, on iOS, Apple. You cannot sign in until you agree to the Terms, the Privacy Policy, the location terms, and the Kakao search notice. People under 14 cannot use the service.

3. 방과 일정3. Rooms and plans

무료로는 참여 중인 방이 5개까지입니다. 이 제한은 서버에서 강제됩니다. 커플 방은 2명까지입니다. 초대 코드와 링크는 72시간입니다. Pro 결제와 광고는 제공하지 않습니다. 그 플래그가 꺼져 있는 동안 결제 기록이 있어도 5개 제한이 풀리지 않습니다.The free plan includes up to 5 rooms you belong to. The server enforces that limit. A couple room holds 2 people. Invite codes and links last 72 hours. Pro payments and ads are not offered. While those flags are off, a payment record does not lift the five-room limit.

4. 리뷰4. Reviews

별점은 1점부터 5점까지 0.5점 단위입니다. 본문은 20자 이상입니다. 공개이면서 숨겨지지 않은 리뷰만 공개 평점에 들어갑니다. 방에만 보이는 리뷰는 그 방 밖에서 보이지 않습니다. 신고가 한 건 접수되면 그 리뷰는 숨겨집니다.Ratings run from 1 to 5 in steps of 0.5. The body is at least 20 characters. Only a public review that is not hidden counts toward the public average. A room-only review stays inside that room. One report hides a review.

5. 이용자의 책임5. Your responsibilities

타인의 권리를 침해하거나 허위 리뷰를 올리지 않습니다. 운영자는 신고된 리뷰를 숨기거나, 약관을 어긴 계정의 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.Do not infringe someone else’s rights or post a false review. The operator can hide a reported review or limit an account that breaks these terms.

6. 계정 삭제6. Deleting an account

앱 MY에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 확인 문구는 삭제입니다. 웹 안내는 계정 삭제 페이지에 있습니다. 본인이 방장인 방은 함께 지워집니다.You can delete the account from MY in the app. The confirmation word is 삭제. Web instructions are on the delete account page. Rooms you own are deleted with the account.

7. 책임의 한계7. Limits

장소 영업 여부, 길찾기, 외부 지도의 오류로 생긴 손해에 대해 운영자가 법령상 책임을 지는 범위를 넘지 않습니다. 서비스는 있는 그대로 제공됩니다.The operator is not liable, beyond what the law requires, for a place being closed, for directions, or for errors in an outside map. The service is provided as it is.

8. 준거법8. Law

약관이 바뀌면 버전 날짜를 갱신합니다. 이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르고, 분쟁의 관할은 민사소송법이 정하는 법원으로 합니다. 이 조항도 초안이며 검토가 필요합니다.When the terms change, the version date changes. These terms follow the law of the Republic of Korea. Courts follow the Civil Procedure Act. This clause is part of the draft and still needs review.
